Nature of the service
Paragrafo is an informational contract-risk tool that helps users notice potentially important clauses in consumer contracts.
This is not legal advice. Paragrafo is not a law firm, does not act as a lawyer, solicitor or attorney, and does not create legal documents for filing or use in legal proceedings.
Using Paragrafo does not create any professional-client relationship, including no attorney-client, solicitor-client or lawyer-client relationship.
Local analysis
Document analysis runs locally on the user's device. Contract text, OCR text, prompts, citations and analysis output are not sent to cloud AI services for inference.
Subscription and Pro features
Paragrafo Pro unlocks workflow features, such as longer-contract handling and fuller reports when those features are available in the app.
Pro does not mean a better AI model, cloud AI, lawyer review or remote processing of contract text.
Subscriptions are handled by Apple App Store. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions in their Apple Account settings.
Monthly and annual plans may include a free trial for new subscribers when the offer is shown in the App Store purchase sheet.
Limitations
Paragrafo may miss clauses, misunderstand text, flag harmless language, or provide incomplete explanations. Users remain responsible for deciding whether to sign, reject, negotiate or seek professional advice.
For important contracts, disputes, regulated legal issues, court matters, immigration, employment termination, housing disputes, debt collection, insurance claims or any jurisdiction-specific legal question, users should consult a qualified professional.
United States and United Kingdom boundaries
Paragrafo is not offered as a substitute for a licensed attorney in the United States or a regulated solicitor, barrister or legal professional in the United Kingdom.
The app is designed to provide general information and risk signals, not personalized legal advice, legal representation, reserved legal activities, court filings or regulated claims-management services.
