Paragrafo Privacy Policy
Paragrafo helps users scan and understand consumer contracts with local, on-device analysis.
Key principles
- Your contract stays on your device.
- Contract text, OCR text, prompts, citations and analysis output are not sent to a cloud AI service for inference.
- Paragrafo Pro unlocks workflow features, not a different cloud model.
- Apple handles App Store purchases and subscription billing through StoreKit.
Contract data
The app may process document images, OCR text, extracted clauses and analysis results on your device so it can show risk signals, explanations and a summary.
Paragrafo does not send your contract text, OCR text, prompts, citations or analysis output to external AI services for inference.
Subscriptions
Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple App Store and StoreKit. Apple may process payment and subscription data under Apple's own privacy terms. Paragrafo reads subscription entitlement status so the app can unlock Pro features.
Diagnostics and metadata
Paragrafo may process technical metadata such as app version, subscription entitlement state, event type, model-readiness status, device capability signals and error state. This metadata must not include raw contract text, OCR text, prompts, citations or model output.
Device permissions
The app asks for camera access so you can scan a document. Document images are used for local text recognition and local analysis.
